Last night was the opening of Picasso at the Lapin Agile at STAGES in Fullerton. We had a large group cancel at the last minute so we were worried about filling the house, but we got a solid, very responsive crowd, which I know the whole cast had been anxious to finally have.

And that never guarantees you it will land with the audience. But Sagot got some good laughs last night, and considering just how much weaponry every other character has with which to hijack the show, that’s an achievement I’m proud of.
